Unfortunately, the parking situation was a nightmare. I struggled to find a spot close to my room, which was frustrating after a long drive. Additionally, the unheated pool was disappointing, especially on cooler days, as it deterred us from taking a dip.

The room felt cramped, particularly with the door placement right in front of the bed, hindering privacy. Walls were thin. hearing conversations and slamming doors from neighbors became a nightly annoyance. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with fluctuating water temperatures during showers—really jarring.

The fresh baked goods from the local patisserie were a real treat, paired perfectly with picnic tables for outdoor dining. Our room was recently updated and super comfy, making for a pleasant stay!

Our pool was closed for maintenance, which was a bummer, but we hit up the other pools. We were charged the same for two rooms, yet one had nicer amenities. Also, the train noise was a tad annoying at night.

oh, how the mighty have fallen. i was greeted with lukewarm water and couldn’t even locate where to check in, since I had to wander around looking for the office! an ice bucket? no, no, that would be too easy. nearly felt bad for planning a good review but just couldn’t bring myself to do it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our four-night escape in the Poolside King room. The cozy porches provided a lovely spot to relax, though I wished for more comfortable chairs outside our room. Proximity to the beach was a major plus! Don't miss the heated pools for a relaxing dip.

This was a solid selection for a city trip in Old Orchard Beach with value for money. The pool area was great for relaxing after a day out, enjoyed the grilling setup there a lot. Make sure to double-check your room amenities when checking in.

Our little family adored the Ocean House Boutique Hotel & Motel. The ocean views were breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach made every moment magical. The friendly staff was always ready to help whenever needed, making us feel truly welcomed. The kitchenette was well-stocked and so convenient for grilling at the pool area. Overall, we had a fantastic experience!

stayed at ocean house boutique hotel & motel for 3 nights. the location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach. loved having access to the pools, especially the heated ones. our room was clean and comfortable, and the couch was a nice touch.

I had a decent stay, but the room was a bit damp and musty, which was disappointing. The kitchenette was a lifesaver, making our meals so easy. Plus, we loved having access to the heated pool, which was quite private! I'd probably return, but hope for a better room next time.
